Over the last decade the Institute has held over 500 events and published more than 150 reports, with contributions from Prime Ministers and MPs to archbishops and chief executives. Our excellent track record of influencing debates has enabled us to build-up an extensive and diverse network of supporters and contacts. This enables us to tap into a deep pool of trusted knowledge and supports the dissemination of our work.
The Institute offers sponsors the opportunity to join us in helping inform and shape public policy. We believe we provide a unique and reputable means of bringing people together and engaging sponsors with key decision makers and opinion formers. Through our research and discussions we provide sponsors and key stakeholders with information and insights and help them better understand the political and policy context in which they operate.
We also publish reports and papers by leading politicians and commentators. We attract sponsorship from a range of organisations, including professional bodies, companies, trade unions, campaign groups, universities and charitable foundations.
We undertake a wide variety of projects, including research reports, consultancy, and expert policy seminars and roundtables. Our publications are made available to the audience at our launch events and circulated to the media and target groups. PDF versions are also sent to a wider audience and are made available on our website.
We work in close association with our partner organisations and are open and transparent about how our public policy projects are funded. Without compromising our independence we seek to involve sponsors in the design and development of research projects. We provide an impact assessment of what we do and always acknowledge the support of our sponsors and usually offer them the opportunity to participate in any launch event and marketing.
